AFROSURF

The first of its kind, AFROSURF is a comprehensive show and tell of Africa’s surf and street culture by the writers, photographers, and artists who call the continent home. The diverse identities of Africa’s 18 coastal countries are covered through profiles, thought pieces, poems, playlists, photos, illustrations, ephemera, recipes, and comics. AFROSURF’s 300 pages of eye-popping design have been artfully directed by African surf company Mami Wata with the goal to “connect the world to the power of African surf.”

All profits from future sales of AFROSURF will support the work of African surf therapy organizations Waves for Change and Surfers Not Street Children.
